- Use our sessions and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not represent information provided in our sessions as personalised professional advice.
- Not reproduce or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

We are not responsible for any decision made or action taken in reliance on general information provided in our sessions or materials. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals for personal guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Stillford's total liability to you in connection with our sessions or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

You may cancel a session or arrangement as described in Section 4. Clauses relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we may seek an informal resolution.
